Morricone (Oldenburger)(IFS) - Morricone is the shining Champion Stallion and phenomenon of rideability. Moreover, the unwavering strength of character and the rideability of Morricone is outstanding and unique for a 3-year old Stallion.” In his 30 day test in Adelsheidsdorf, he had an overall dressage capability score of 9.33 and a breeding value for dressage of a sensational 158 points. The judges’ panel agreed four times to award the maximum score of 10.0; twice for the walk and twice for rideability. The scores 9.5 and 9.0 were all nine times for the trot, canter, interior qualities, Character, temperament, and willingness to work. His Father, Millennium, was the second reserve winner of the Trakehner Hauptkörung in 2010. He has a direct connection to the Trakehner noble blood of Gribaldi, who still stands high in the rankings of the WBFSH since 2014, and is listed as the best dressage producing sire. His direct mother, Hartima, is a noble mare by Rubin Royal. Her sire, Rubin Royal OLD, comes from one of the most successful Oldenburg broodmare lines, to that of the Rudi’s line. Rubin Royal OLD, who has already produced 26 licensed sons, is an international Grand Prix winner, under Hendrik Lochthowe.
