Stedinger (IMP) A globally heralded sire of internationally successful dressage horses Stedinger reached a WBFSH sire ranking of 8th in the world. Bred by Gerd Sosath in Germany he started his career by becoming the 2002 Oldenburg Licensing champion, he then backed this up by becoming the 2004 Oldenburger Main Premium Award Reserve winner. Stedinger also completed an outstanding 70-day test in Neustadt/Dosse with an overall index of 131 points and has gone on to sire over 1 700 horses. His success as a sire is unsurpassed in Australia. Stedinger has sired -The 2004 German National foal show winner of the filly class. -The 2006 Oldenburg Stallion Licensing Champion and 40 other licensed stallion sons. - European mare show winner and 142 daughters with predicates. - Over 100 FEI horses. - More than 30 Grand Prix horses, many of which have represented their nations at International Competitions including a German team horse. -Multiple Olympic and WEG competitors. - A Bundeschampion who scored a 10 for canter and multiple other medal winners at the Bundeschampionate. - A World Young Horse bronze medalist and was the only stallion to produce two horses to make it through to the finals in 2010. - Auction price highlights breaking records at the time Stedinger has gone on to be the damsire of countless licensed sons and predicated mares.
